Midshires Search and Rescue
Serving Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire
MSAR is a Lowland Search and Rescue Organisation called out by the Police, other search teams and County Emergency Planning Officers to search for missing and vulnerable people and to assist in civil emergency situations. Their search teams can make a difference to the family and friends of the missing person who may appreciate that a group of specialist volunteers have given their time to search for their loved one. The team can be mobilised and available 24/7, 365 days a year. A registered charity, MSAR depends solely on sponsorship and donations from the public to fund running costs, training and equipment purchases. See link to their website

The charity provides a service which is utilised by the police providing resources to search for missing and vulnerable people within Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire, the clothing banks placed in key locations in the local area will assist with these aims.
